Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Secretary General Ramdin and German Foreign Minister Wadephul explored avenues for joint cooperation

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Albert Ramdin, and the Foreign Minister of Germany, Johann Wadephul, met today to explore ways to deepen the existing collaboration between the hemispheric institution and the European country, based in shared values, a rules-based international order, and common interests across the four pillars of the Organization’s work: democracy, human rights, development, and security.
Germany has been a Permanent Observer to the OAS since 1972 and has since been a key partner in promoting democracy and defending human rights in the Americas. More recently, Germany has contributed to a wide range of OAS initiatives, particularly in institutional strengthening in Haiti, peacebuilding missions, and efforts to support development and combat corruption. It is also one of the leading contributors to the OAS Mission to Support the Peace Process (MAPP) in Colombia.
