Mission of Grenada to the OAS presents Book on the History and Geography of the Caribbean Country

The Permanent Representative of Grenada to the Organization of American States, Ambassador Gillian Bristol, presented today at the organization’s headquarters the book titled “A – Z of Grenada Heritage” by author Angus Martin.

The work narrates 350 years of history and geography of the Caribbean islands of Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique, detailing their culture and hardships such as natural disasters that they have endured.

The Permanent Representative of Costa Rica and President of the Group of Friends of the Columbus Memorial Library, Ambassador Enrique Castillo; the Permanent Representative of Brazil, Ambassador Ruy de Lima Casães e Silva; the Permanent Representative of Guatemala, Ambassador Jorge Skinner-Klee; the Permanent Representative of Panama, Ambassador Guillermo Cochez and the Permanent Representative of Venezuela, Ambassador Roy Chaderton, were present at the event which took place in the Columbus Memorial Library in Washington, D.C.
