OAS Permanent Council to Commemorate “International Day of the Indigenous People”

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, August 13 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in the Simon Bolivar room at the OAS headquarters in Washington, DC, to Commemorate “International Day of the world’s Indigenous People” under the theme: “From the voice of indigenous women: Visibility, leadership, rights and economic autonomy.”
